SYNOPSIS
At a
neighbourhood of a small town, a group of teenagers led by Robin want
to promote culture among their neighbours using an unfinished library
which is abandoned because the authorities claim there is no money to
open it. The culture town councillor, John, tries to stop these
determined guys in their efforts with the help of the police.
Marian, who is the daughter of the Mayor of the town and a great
reader, unsuccessfully attempts to persuade the councillor. She asks
her literature teacher to tell Robin and his friends not to give up
until she can speak with her father, Mayor Richard who is on a work
trip . Mayor Richard usually listens to his citizens and likes to
come to agreements. Once he is in charge of the conflict, the
teenagers can defend themselves and their neighbours. What is more,
all efforts have a reward!

has to say the final word.
